Como Academy

At our Como Academy, we pass on the knowledge and experience we have gained over more than 25 years of supporting our clients through change processes. We draw on a pool of highly diverse consultants from our own organization and our network. Our training and professional development programs are aimed at specialists and managers from public sector organizations (public administration and public enterprises), the non-profit sector, and the private sector. In addition to the experts and managers of these organizations, our training and professional development courses are also aimed at external and internal consultants, because change processes are often shaped in the interaction between these groups. At the heart of the Como Academy is our one-year training course to become an organizational consultant, which we have been running annually since 2007. It addresses the central challenges of organizational consulting and focuses on developing an individual consulting approach. In other shorter training formats, we teach skills in the areas of management, leadership and agile collaboration. And to meet the specific needs and challenges of our client organizations, we also design customized in-house formats.
Training in organizational development

After many years of consulting practice in Germany and abroad, we are happy to pass on our experience to interested consultants and practitioners.

Since 2007, we have been offering an in-service training course that addresses the central challenges of organizational and process consulting. We are convinced that anyone who wants to design change processes must be willing to be disturbed and to take the risk of their own changes. This training offers a protected space in which to experiment and learn creatively.

Comos’ international background enables us to adapt “western” consulting approaches to specific intercultural contexts.

The training imparts consulting skills at four levels: individuals, teams, organizations and networks/cooperations.

We understand learning and consulting as a holistic process that requires more than just intellectual abilities. In all modules, we therefore work with designs that promote creativity and awareness. This also includes using one’s own body as a source of perception.
