Dr. Ellen Künzel holds a doctorate in social science and is a certified consultant for organizational development.
Her main areas of expertise are in supporting change processes, strategy and management consultation, as well as advising on a wide range of multi-stakeholder processes, networks and strategic partnerships. Her client base includes public administration, the private sector, international cooperation organizations, foundations, universities, NGOs, European and national networks. For many years she has been working as a management coach for clients from the above-mentioned sectors.
