Tapping into a large portfolio of tools and methods and more than 20 years of work experience in international cooperation Jana supports organizations, teams and individuals on their way to healthier and more productive ways of working. Besides her coaching and team development work, Jana accompanies complex change processes and consults networks and multi stakeholder initiatives. Jana is an experienced facilitator of events, from small team workshops to conferences - in person and remote. Jana has been working with Como Consult since 2015 and became partner in 2020.
